Application Materials
- Application fee receipt: The fee is NT$ 1,600 / US$ 60 per application. If the application fee is remitted to the university account or paid directly at the NCCU Cashier Section, please upload the Telegraphic Transfer receipt or the receipt from the NCCU Cashier Section. No receipt is needed if the transaction is done via online credit card payment.
- Photograph: a passport-size color headshot (without hat/headdress/sunglasses). Please upload it in JPG format.
- Declaration: The form will be generated by the online application system. Please print, sign and then upload the signed copy to the system.
- Verification of nationality: Please upload the information page of your passport to the application system.
- One photocopy of the diploma of the highest academic degree obtained.
If the original diploma is not issued in English or Chinese, an additional copy notarized and translated into English or Chinese must be submitted along with the original document.
- One complete academic transcript.
If the original transcript is not issued in English or Chinese, an additional notarized copy translated into English or Chinese must be submitted along with the original document.
- An official bank statement (in Chinese or English) that indicates an account balance of more than NTD$ 200,000 (USD$ 7,000). The statement has to be issued by a financial institution and cannot be older than 3 months at the time of the application.

All applicants need to upload required documents to the online application system. Applicants will be asked to confirm the submission of the documents. Please go through the documents carefully before confirming the submission. NCCU will only process the final and confirmed documents. Applicants may not change the submitted documents for any reason once they have confirmed submission.
